Cope Engine is operated by Son Goku Sommer, CVR 46261690, a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark. We are not a registered or licensed financial services provider, investment firm, crypto-asset service provider (CASP), or financial advisor under MiCA (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114), MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU), or any other applicable financial regulation. Cope Engine is a software tool — not a financial service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Son Goku Sommer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this software, including but not limited to: trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this software complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
